Applications open until 12 April
2nd phase of applications for undergraduate studies at UA
The 2nd phase of applications for undergraduate studies at UA is now open, for entry of international students in 2019/2020. 560 vacancies are offered, with the application deadline set for 12 April. The University is one again offering partial fee-waiver grants to excellent candidates. UA will also exempt applicants from taking the entrance examinations in a number of countries worldwide where higher education entry is automatically recognized by the UA.

This is the case of ENEM, for Brazilian candidates, ICFES, for Colombian candidates and GAKAO and LIANKAO for Chinese candidates, besides others that can be read about at

Through the same link the candidates can find all the information they need, the course offerings available and the description of the application process, which must be carried out online.

Partial fee-waiver grants

As in previous years, UA is once again awarding grants to excellent international candidates whose application mark is equal to or greater than 14. The grant essentially translates as a reduction in tuition fees to be paid by the international student to the level of European students (as an indication, last year the fee to be paid by beneficiaries was €871.52 per year).
